THE BOROUGH OF EASTLEIGH TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND SCHEDULE 14 EASTLEIGH BOROUGH COUNCIL: THE EASTLEIGH BOROUGH COUNCIL (BOTLEY FOOTPATH 2) DIVERSION (No. 2) ORDER 2018

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 26 July 2018 Eastleigh Borough Council made the above named Order under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The effect of the Order will be to stop up a section of the highway running between points L and G shown on the plan attached to the Order for a distance of approximately 905 metres. The Order will also create a footpath running between points G-F-J-K-Las shown on the plan attached to the Order for an approximate distance of 1405 metres, to include a spur between points J - D - E -C, a distance of approximately 310 metres, as shown on the plan attached to the Order. The stopping up and creation of a new footpath is necessary to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning applications 0/12/71514; R/14/74872; R/15/77552; R/15/75595 and R/16/79470. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at Eastleigh Borough Council, Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 9YN during normal office hours. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be made in writing to the Legal Services Manager, Eastleigh Borough Council, Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 9YN no later than 28 August 2018. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Eastleigh Borough Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
