Notice is hereby given this 14th day of July 2018 pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Constance Vera Edwards late of Flat 4, The Daubeny, Southwick Road, North Bradley, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 0SR who died on 7th July 2018 is hereby requested to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned Executor on or before the 7th October 2018 after which date the Estate of the Deceased, will be distributed by the Executor, among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which notice has been given to the Executor and the Executor will not, in respect of the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claims they shall not by then have had notice.
