Notice is hereby given that on 20 July 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Stirling by Nairns Limited (Company Number SC171861) a company incorporated under the Companies Act and having its registered office at Nairns Cook School, Port of Menteith, Stirling, FK8 3JZ craving the Court inter alia to order that Nairns Limited be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Donald Iain McNaught, Chartered Accountant, Johnson Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said company and to authorise the Provisional Liquidator to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); in which Petition the Sheriff at Stirling by Interlocutor dated 20 July 2018 appointed the said Donald Iain McNaught as Provisional Liquidator, authorised the exercise of the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, appointed Morisons Solicitors, 1 Exchange Crescent, Conference Square, Edinburgh, EH3 8AN to be law agents to assist him in the carrying out of his duties as Provisional Liquidator and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Stirling Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House,Viewfield Place, Stirling, FK8 1NH within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
