THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WANDSWORTH hereby gives notice that its proposes to make an Order under Sections 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to authorise the stopping up of the highways described in the First Schedule.

IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping-up will be authorised in order to enable the development described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with planning consent under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 by the London Borough of Wandsworth under local planning authority reference 2016/5738.

COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED FREE OF CHARGE between 09:00 and 17:00 during a period of 28 days commencing on 26 July 2018 at the Planning and Development offices at Disraeli House, 2 Adelaide Road, London SW18 1 DA

ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed Order by writing to the Director of Environment and Community Services, London Borough of Wandsworth, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, SW18 2PU quoting reference 2016/5738. Any objection must be received by 23 August 2018. In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.
