(Footpath 33, Langham) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 33, Langham in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Footpath 54 south east for a distance of approximately 310 metres to its junction with A12 footway.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th August 2018 to 27th September 2018 between the times of 21:00 and 05:00 (there will be no access to the A12 footway between these times) or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public while A12 resurfacing works are undertaken. The alternative route will be via: Turnpike Close, Bridleway 45 (Lodge Lane), Footpath 44, Footpath 54, Footpath 33, Park Lane (access to properties only, no access to A12), Wick Road, Grove Hill, Bridleway 20, Footpath 21, Ipswich Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 6th August 2018 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Kiln Road, Ardleigh) (20mph Zone) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Parts III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph Zone on Kiln Road, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Station Road for its entire length, including turning heads.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chappel Road, Mount Bures and Bures Road, Wakes Colne in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Takeleys to the junction with Lower Green, a distance of approximately 1900m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th August 2018 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2253440 - Essex County Council). (Whitehouse Lane, West Bergholt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Whitehouse Lane, West Bergholt in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 100m east of its junction with Newbridge Hill for a distance of approximately 40m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th August 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034794068 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of new electricity supply for customer works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

(Various Road, Weeley) (Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30 mph speed limit on the various roads as per the schedule to this Order. The speed restriction is scheduled to commence on 19th July 2018. The

scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway widening works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order came into effect on 19th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Turkey Cock Lane, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 535m northwest from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 125m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th August 2018 for 2 nights (works to take place between 00:01 Sunday - 05:00 Monday), or where stated on a valid permit (KL741LTN1-47-61-120818 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Argents Lane, West Bergholt and Argents Lane, Fordham Heath in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Chitts Hill to the junction with Cooks Mill Road, a distance of approximately 1052m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th August 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2246609 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hythe Station Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 26m east of its junction with Hawkins Road for a distance of approximately 40m in an easterly direction (10m either side of railway crossing). The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2018 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KL735COC-53-54-010718 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing regauging works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wick Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 725m east of its junction with Old Ipswich Road for a distance of approximately 131m in an easterly direction. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dead Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Dedham Road to its junction with Colchester Road, a distance of approximately 1705m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th August 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2248464 -Essex County Council). (Abberton Road, Fingringhoe) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Abberton Road, Fingringhoe in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 500m of its junction with Haye Lane for a distance of approximately 125m in an easterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Turner Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Holden Road to its junction with Mill Street, a distance of approximately 1148m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th July 2018 for 16 days (works to take place Saturday and Sundays only), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2253845 - Essex County Council). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hungerdown Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 295m north of its junction with Little Bromley Road for a distance of approximately 309m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th August 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0013AUGEA3RNQ76 - BT).
