LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON PUBLIC NOTICE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123 (1) 2(a):

Proposed lease of Open Space at Recreation Ground Corrigan Avenue Coulsdon CR5 2QP

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the London Borough of Sutton intends to grant a lease of land for a term of 25 years with a mutual option to break the lease on each fifth anniversary of the term commencement date and comprising a sports pavilion which forms part of an open space at Corrigan Avenue Recreation Ground Corrigan Avenue Coulsdon CR5 2QP.

A plan of the land mentioned above will be kept at London Borough of Sutton, Asset Management, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton, Surrey, SM5 2JG.

The proposed lease is for the following main use:

Sports pavilion with ancillary changing, toilet, kitchen/refreshment area, community and storage uses.
