Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl UK GmbH have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Ad 2003 to Wandsworth Council for a Premises Licence for Udl UK GmbH, 180-214 Upper Tooting Road London SW17 7EW for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Information on all lew and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk. It is an offence, under section 158 oi the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
