NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I Paul Harvey hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of unit outside of 22 Gunhill Place Basildon SS16 5UX.
The proposed licensable activity is: Storage of alcohol for the purpose of off licence sale.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council).

All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
