Notice is hereby given that a local Public Inquiry will be held into the proposal to make an Order under Section 247 of the above Act. The Order, if made, would authorise the stopping up of an irregular shaped eastern part width of Dragon Lane, comprising highway verge at Manningford Abbots in the County of Wiltshire. This is to enable development to be carried out as permitted by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, reference APP/Y3940/W/17/3185742. The Inquiry will be held by an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Transport for this purpose, and will be held at Manningford Village Hall, Manningford Bruce, Pewsey, Wiltshire SN9 6JQ commencing at 10:00 am on Tuesday 25 September 2018.
