Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH KK21, KILPECK (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2018 temporarily closing the said footpath at OS Grid Reference SO 4353, 3040. The closure is required due to a broken footbridge. There is no alternative route.

A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council's website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order came into operation on 27 July 2018 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
