Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the U81245 Ryelands Street, Temporary Parking Restriction Order 2018 to temporarily prohibit vehicles from parking on the U81245, Ryelands Street, Hereford, from the junction with the U81246 Baysham Street to just before the Laurels Entrance.

The said restriction is required due to the installation of new water service connection works and to allow traffic to continue to use said road whilst maintaining a safe working zone while the works are taking place. The said restriction will come into force on the 13th August 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but is expected to be in place for 12 days.
