Old Town Business Association - Premises Licence

Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by the Old Town Business Association for the grant of a Premises Licence that will have effect on Wood Street, Devizes Road, Newport Street, High Street & Victoria Road and that will authorise the provision of the following licensable activities for no more than 4 events per year:

Plays, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises

Sunday 12:00 - 18:00

The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.
Representations must be made in writing no later than 4^th September 2015.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.
The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
