Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, intends to make the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH HER23, HEREFORD (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2018 which will temporarily close the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 5024, 4003 to SO 5034, 3999. The closure is required while improvements to the street are carried out. Alternative routes are available via Grimmer Road and Ryelands Street, or Kernal Road and Ryelands Street.

A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council's website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order is intended to come into operation on 6 August 2018 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
