LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORA PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Durham County Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Front Street Stanley, Co. Durham. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00.
