I give notice that Kaitlin Francis is applying to Durham County Council for planning permission to convert an existing agricultural structure into a family dwelling (including site access) on land and buildings south of Old Quarrington, County Durham DH6 5NW Any owner* of the land or tenant**who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Durham County Council, Planning Development, County Hall, Durham. DH1 5UL within 21 days of the date of this notice.
*”Owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working materials, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than gas, oil, coal, gold or silver). **”Tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is compromised in the land.
