HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL (A4103, ROMAN ROAD, HEREFORD) (30 MPH RESTRICTED ROAD SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018
AND
HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL (A4103, ROMAN ROAD, HEREFORD) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018
Notice is hereby given that the County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, in exercise of its enabling powers under Sections 82(2)(b), 83(2) and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made the above named orders the effect of which will be to extend the existing 30 mph speed limit on the A4103 Roman Road westwards by a distance of approximately 450 metres by implementing a 30 mph Restricted Road speed limit from a point 512 metres west of the junction with the A49 to a point 113 metres west of the junction with the U81035 Kempton Avenue and a 40 mph speed limit from a point 113 metres west of the junction with the U81035 Kempton Avenue to a point 25 metres west of the junction of the northern arm of the C1095 Tillington Road.
These Orders will come into operation on 27 July 2018.
A copy of the Orders, with plans, Statement of Reasons and Orders to be revoked can be viewed on the Council's website at www.herefordshire. gov.uk in the Introduced Traffic Regulation Order section. They are also available for inspection during normal office hours at the Council Offices, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE and at The Hereford Centre, Blueschool House, Blueschool Street, Hereford HR1 2LX. Photocopies of the same may be provided on payment of photocopying charges at the Council.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within six weeks from the date the Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court. Any representations received by the Council may be imparted to third parties. We will keep your data for up to 7 years. Your information may be shared with other Balfour Beatty teams within Herefordshire and Herefordshire Council in order to provide you with the service.
