Notice of Application for Hazardous Substances Consent. The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990. The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015 (Regulation 6).
I give notice that Centec International Ltd is applying to Cheshire East Council for hazardous substances consent to store hazardous substances at The Science Park, Brooks Lane, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 0JG. Cheshire East Council will decide whether to grant consent, and if granted will decide what conditions will apply to the consent. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at The Science Park, Brooks Lane, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 0JG, between 09:00 and 16:00 from Monday to Friday of each week until 16th August 2018. Anyone wishing to make a statement or comment about this application should write to Cheshire East Council Development Management Department at PO Box 66, Municipal Buildings, Crewe, Cheshire Shared Services, CW1 9HP by 16th August 2018.
