Proposed revision of toll charges - PUBLIC INQUIRY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Local Inquiry will be held by an Inspector appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State for Transport in connection with the application made by the operator of the Sandbanks to Shell Bay chain ferry, the Bournemouth-Swanage Motor Road & Ferry Company pursuant to section 6 of the Transport Charges &c. (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954 to revise the tolls taken for the use of the ferry. The Inquiry will be held at the Studland Village Hall, Heathgreen Road, Studland, Dorset, BH19 3BX, commencing at 10.00am on 25th September 2018. Signed & Dated 25th July 2018 by T.A.
