Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1152 From B4220 To Redcastle Farm Via Gold Hill, Bosbury, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1152 From B4220 To Redcastle Farm Via Gold Hill, Bosbury, between Redcastle Farm and The Cutting. Grid Ref: 367006 / 243726. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the B4214 onto the C1155 onto the A4103 onto the C1154 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to safe access to remove some redundant apparatus and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 23rd of August 2018 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
