Notice is hereby given that we, Pawarin Limited, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as THAI RIVER, UNIT 33, THE RIVERWALK, DURHAM CITY, DH1 4SL for a new Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 23:00, Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 23:00, Activities to be extended to 24:00 from 1 December to New Year. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St.Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS between Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm by appointment Telephone: 03000 261016. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make Representations must be made in writing to: Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ by 16 August 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
