Appeal against refusal of an application for change of use of Agricultural Building to Class C3 Dwellinghouse (56 day application for prior approval in respect of transport and highways, noise contamination, flooding risks, location and siting under Class Q of Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the GPDO 2015)
The Appeal Inquiry is scheduled to last for one day, and will start at 10am. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1 (1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend to decide the appeals. Please note that the Planning Inspectorate aim to issue the decision within seven weeks of the Inquiry. The Inspector's decision will be published on the planning portal website.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC HOMESDALE ROAD BROMLEY NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for the new site entrance to be constructed at the former Dripping Tap site THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-
Homesdale Road Bromley will be closed to Northbound traffic for up to four weeks from Monday 30th July 2018. The point of the closure will be at the junction with Masons Hill/Bromley Common A21.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via the following two diversions:-

Masons Hill A21
Kentish Way A21
Widmore Road A222
Bickley Road A222
Page Heath Lane
Diversion 2
Bromley Common A21 Crown Lane Spur Crown Lane Southborough Lane Blackbrook Lane Bickley Park Road A222 Page Heath Lane
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
3. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 30th July 2018 with no specified Finish date.
4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to four weeks to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.
5. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer or Traffic Warden.
6. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the work.
7. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.
