Hereby gives notice that it has applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003,as follows Dahlia Restaurant

9A-10A Shirley High Street,S015 3LR

The application is for the variation of the promises licence as

follows:

-to extend the existing licensable are to include the outside sitting

area within the licensable activity area;

-to remove condition 1,2 and 8 from the licence (old justice

licence conditions which are no longer relevant)

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council,and

the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office

at the Civic Centre.Southampton S014 7LY between 09:00 and

12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00,Monday to Fridays, or on the

intemetatwww.southampton.gov.uk/la03rogister

Any representations by a interested party or a relevant authority

must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton

City Council ,P0 Box 1767,Southampton S018 9LA so as to be

received by them between the [11.07.2018] and [08.08.2018].

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make

a false statement in connection with an application and, on

summary conviction for the offence,a person is liable to a fine not

exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
