Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator Derek Forsyth of Campbell Dallas, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF intends to make a final distribution of funds to creditors who have submitted claims in the liquidations of the Companies in the amounts agreed with such creditors. No funds will be available for distribution to Members. If any other person considers that they have a claim in the liquidation of the Companies, they should intimate a formal claim with supporting documentation to the Liquidator forthwith and, in any event, within 21 days of the date of this Notice, which failing directions will be sought from the court to permit distribution as aforesaid and the final distribution may be made without regard to any claim not so intimated.
