Gorwell Farm Barn

Notice is given that Simon Pengelly and Claire Pengelly have applied to West Dorset District Council for a new premises licence in respect of Gorwell Farm Barn, Gorwell Farm, Abbotsbury, Weymouth, Dorset DT3 4JX for regulated entertainment and the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 12:00 and 23:59 each day of the week.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Business Licensing, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on https://www.dorsetforyou.com/406629.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
