Application for a Premises Licence
An application has been made by Karl Shaw for and on behalf of K&N Foods Ltd for a premises licence for premises situated in Higginson Park, Pound Lane, Marlow, Buckinghamshire SL7 2AE and known as The Resolute Cafe' (previously Costa Coffee).The application provides for the supply of alcohol from 10.00 until 22.00 from Monday to Sunday inclusive, and regulated entertainment by means of recorded (background) music from 06.30 until 08.00 Monday to Sunday as recorded (background) music is not deregulated during hours of opening before 08.00.

Further information may be available at www.wycombe.gov.uk Interested parties can make representations to the Licensing Authority by close of business on 10th August 2018.. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5,000.
