LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY hereby gives you notice that it proposes to make an order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the following areas of public highway which are shown shaded blue on the plan attached to the draft order:

(1) The area of the public highway to be stopped up forming the highway on the north east corner of 1 Station Square, Station Road, London N17 comprising a maximum length of 420mm and a maximum width of 280mm; and



(2) The area of the public highway to be stopped up forming the highway on the southern boundary of 1 Station Square, Station Road, London N17 comprising a maximum length of 1720mm and a maximum width of 90mm.



IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised to enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Micuber Estates Limited on 10 August 2017 with planning reference HGY/2016/3932.

COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED BY WAY OF APPOINTMENT during the 28 days commencing on 20 July 2018 at River Park House, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ.

ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order within 28 days commencing on 20 July 2018 by written notice to the Director of Legal Services, 5th Floor, River Park House, 225 High Road, London N22 8HQ (quoting reference LEG/PP/RXW/58405).

In preparing any objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.

Planning permission HGY/2016/3932 granted on 10 August 2017 for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of a building providing 434 sqm (GEA) of commercial floorspace (Class A1/A3), 128 residential units (Class C3), landscaped amenity space, cycle parking and all structural and associated works.
