ORDER 2018

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Watford Borough Council, acting as agent for Hertfordshire County Council, in order to improve road safety and preventobstruction to thefree flow of traffic has made Orders underthe RoadTrafficRegulation Act1984tointroduce new waiting restrictionsasspecified in the schedule below on the section of the highway on the north­west side of King Street currently occupied by aloading bay for goods vehicles. Acopy of the Orders, which come into effect on 24 September 2018, may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Service Centre of Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX from 20 July 2018. Alternatively, they can be viewed on the Council's website at www.watford.gov.uk/askparking. Any person wishing to questionthe validityof the Orders,orofany of the provisions contained in them,onthe grounds that it is notwithin the powers conferredbythe Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984oronthe grounds that anyrequirement of the Act or anyinstrument madeunder it has notbeencomplied withinrelation to theOrders, maywithin 6weeks of the date of this Notice apply to theHigh Court for this purpose.
