TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - CIRCUS STREET AND MORLEY STREET, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-
(a) The Temporary Prohibition of waiting at any time on the East side of Circus Street for its entire length, approximately 140 metres.

(b) The Temporary Prohibition of waiting at any time on the Southern

side of Morley Street from the junction of Circus Street Eastbound to the parking bays, for approximately 15 metres.
2.The Order is necessary to allow Development Construction works to
take place.
3. This Order comes into force on 27th July 2018 for thirty H^fc^ six months months or until such sooner time as the "
H
