Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) NOTICE UNDER SECTION 106BA FOR A REVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS SECURED BY SECTION 106 AGREEMENT, THAT SUPPORTED PLANNING PERMISSION 6/2015/0473 for the erection of a detached dwelling at 4 Penrose Close, Lychett Matravers, BH16 6EF. The applicant has applied to Purbeck District Council for a review of the affordable housing contribution in light of adverse viability; and a material change of adopted planning policies. Any owner of land to which the application relates or previous signatories to the Section 106 agreement are requested to contact Darryl Howells of Pure Town Planning, Suite 7 Pine Court, 36 Gervis Road, Bournemouth, BH1 3DH within 21 days of the date of this notice.
