Notice is hereby given that Masterson Leisure Limited has applied in respect of the premises ‘Unit 2, Centurion House, St Johns Street, Colchester, Essex, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Adult Gaming Centre to operate between 8:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 18 August 2018, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the fine for which is unlimited.
