NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRE-SUBMISSION DRAFT OF THE POOLE LOCAL PLAN TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LOCAL PLANNING) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012 The Borough of Poole hereby gives notice that it is inviting representations on Modifications to the Pre-Submission Draft of the Poole Local Plan. The consultation will run from Friday, 20 July 2018 to 12pm on Friday, 7 September 2018. The Poole Local Plan provides the strategy for growth in Poole for the next 15 years and is currently being examined by the Planning Inspectorate. The examination process has identified a number of Main Modifications that may be necessary in order for the Poole Local Plan to be found 'sound'. The Council is also seeking views on the Additional Modifications, which are minor changes to the Poole Local Plan.
