LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Take notice that on 6th July 2018, we Crooked Brewing Limited, of 530 Huntington Road, Huntington, York, YO32 9QA made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises, Unit 3, Greenside House, The Green, Acomb, York, YO26 5LL. Proposed Licensable Activity: Sale by retail/supply of alcohol for the purposes of establishing a craft beer bar. Proposed operating hours: 11:00hrs - 24.00hrs Monday to Sunday. Representations to this application by any responsible authority or any other person must be made in writing to City of York, Licensing Services, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York Y010 3DS. Representations must be received by no later than 3rd August 2018, being within a 28 day period beginning on the first day after the application is made.
