NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTY PLANNING ACT

1990 S.257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL

MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. AK-537 (PART) ALFRICK) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2018

The above order was made on 5th July 2018. The effect of the order will be to divert that length and the whole width of public footpath no. AK-537, Alfrick, running from point A, Ordnance Survey "OS" OS grid reference SO 75051 52989, in an east-north-easterly direction for 61 metres to point B, OS grid reference SO 75108 53011, the north-eastern end of footpath AK-537, to a line running from point A, OS grid reference SO 75051 52989, in an east-north-easterly turning north-north-westerly direction on the footway for 61 metres to point C, OS grid reference SO 75091, 53017, a point on the public highway, as shown on the order map.

A copy of the order and the order map and an explanatory statement may be seen free of charge at the The Library, Graham Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 2HH, between 9.00 am and 5.30pm on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and between 9.00am and 8.00 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased there at a price of £1.

not later than 20th August 2018. Please state the

grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Malvern Hills District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
