THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF LOATES LANE, WATFORD) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Loates Lane, Watford from its junction with Duke Street south westwards to its junction with Earl Street ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 75 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via Queens Road, St Johns Road, Woodford Road, Clarendon Road, A411 Beechen Grove and Loates Lane.
The Order is needed because electrical cabling works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 23 July 2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays). THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING AND TEMPORARYWAITINGRESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN RIDGE, SHENLEY, ALDENHAM AND BUSHEY) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. thatlength of Mimms Lane, Ridge/Shenley from its junction with Deeves Hall Lane south westwards and north westwards to its junction with Harris Lane, adistance of approximately
2142 metres.
An alternative route will be via Deeves Hall Lane, Crossoaks Road, Summerswood Lane, Buckettsland Lane, High Canons, Silver Hill, London Road, B5378 London Road and Harris Lane or via RectoryLane, B556 St Albans Road and Packhorse Lane
2. thatlength of Pegmire Lane, Aldenham from its junction with Hilfield Lane north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Summerhouse Lane, adistance of approximately
564 metres.
An alternative route will be via Hilfield Lane and Summerhouse Lane
3. thatlength of MerryHill Road, Bushey Hill Road from its junction with A411 London Road southwards and south eastwards for adistance of approximately 900 metres.
An alternative route will be via A411 (London Road/High Street), School Lane and MerryHill Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6August 2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

WATFORD AND CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-
1. thatlength of Sarratt Road, Sarratt from its junction with Deadmans Ash Lane south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with Solesbridge Lane, adistance of approximately 1265 metres.
An alternative route will be via Dimmocks Lane, The Green, Poles Hill, DunnyLane, The Street, The Common, Bucks Hill, Toms Hill, Chandlers Lane, Redhall Lane and Sarratt Road.
2. thatlength of Bottom Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Deadmans Ash Lane south eastwards, north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Bucks Hill, adistance of approximately 1172 metres.
An alternative route will be via Deadmans Ash Lane, SarrattRoad, Redhall Lane, Chandlers Lane,
Toms Hill and Bucks Hill.
3. thatlength of Newlands Walk, Watford from its junction with Trevellance Waynorth eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
4. thatlength of Capell Way, Chorleywood from its junction with Chorleywood Bottom south westwards to its junction with Capell Road, adistance of approximately 50 metres.
An alternative route will be via Chorleywood Bottom, Hubbards Road and Capell Way. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6August 2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months.
However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or
near the Roads.

WATFORD) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
1. To prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of The Green, Croxley Green from apoint 172 metres north east of its junction with Baldwins Lane northwards for adistance of approximately 35 metres ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via The Green, Sarratt Road, Little Green Lane and The Green.
2. To prohibit all public service vehicles and pedal cycles from using the bus/cycle lane situated on the south east side of A412 St Albans Road, Watford from apoint in line with the northern boundaiyofNo.496 St Albans Road south westwards for adistance of approximately
102 metres.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road.
The definition of a'public service vehicle' has the same meaning as in Section 1ofthe Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981.
The definition of a'pedal cycle' means acycle powered only by foot or hand.
The Order is needed because gas service connection works are proposed to be executed on or
near the Road and bus/cycle lane.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6August 2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road and bus/cycle lane.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council have made an Order under Section 14 (1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using thatlength ofFootpath
Watford Rural 24, from The Courtway to By The Wood, for an approximate distance of90metres.
Alternative route: viaThe Courtway, Greenfield Avenue and By The Wood
The purpose of the Order is to enable surfacing works to take place.
The section of Footpath will be closed on or after 23rd July 2018 for up to 6months, when signs
are in place. Works are expected to take 1week to complete.

(RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions in part of Abbots Langley as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on Monday 30 July 2018.
