(as Amended) - SECTION 14(1) THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (VARIOUS ROADS, RAINHILL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER No 1, 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23rd day of July, 2018, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicles to proceed in either direction along the roads listed below, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site. LONGTON LANE (between its' junctions with First Avenue and A57 Warrington Road) OLD LANE (between its' junctions with Dee Road and A57 Warrington Road). A57 WARRINGTON ROAD (between its' junctions with Rainhill Road and Chatsworth Road). The Order will come into force on Monday 23rd July 2018, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be two months.
The reason for making this Order is to facilitate the junction improvement works.
