ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

(as Amended) - SECTION 14(1) THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (RIVINGTON ROAD. ST HELENS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 19th day of July, 2018, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicles to proceed in either direction along Rivington Road between its' junctions with Knowsley Road and Grafton Street, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site. The Order will come into force on Wednesday 25th July 2018, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be two weeks.
