Herefordshire Council Public Notice of Continuation

The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH ZC137 (PART), LEOMINSTER (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2015, temporarily closing the said footpath, from OS Grid Reference SO 5010, 5895 to SO 5005, 5916. The closure is required because of the likelihood of danger to the public caused by construction work. The alternative route is via Pinsley Road and along the northern boundary of the Recreation Ground and the Playground.

The Order continues in force from

19 July 2018 for a period not exceeding

12 months (unless extended by the Secretary

completed, (whichever is earlier), or until

determined by Herefordshire Council.
