Application to vary a Club Premises Certificate

To whom it may concern, take note that I, John Bunce (Chairman), give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Bourton Club, Church Street, Bourton, Swindon. SN6 8HZ, and that I have applied to vary the conditions of the license in respect of:
To extend the licensing hours to allow earlier opening in the evening and to open at 10.00 am for occasional daytime events and functions.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before 12/09/2015 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Itisan offenceknowinglyor recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
