Notice of application to VARY
a Premises Licence
Name of applicant: Co-operative Group Food Ltd. Address of Premises: Co-op Service Station, Great North Way, North Poppleton, York, YO26 6RB. The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence, number CYC-009577. The purpose of the application is due to a layout change to the layout of the store. Further the application is to vary the hours when licensable activities may take place from Monday-Sunday 05:00-00:00 to Monday-Sunday 00:00-00:00 (24 Hours). The licensable activity is the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Conditions will apply. In all other respects the licence remains the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by Thursday 9th August 2018. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during opening hours but by appointment only.
