Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, intends to make the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH HO1, HOLMER (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2018 which will temporarily close the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 5003, 4253 to SO 5026, 4226. The closure is required while construction work is carried out. There is a permissive alternative route.

The Order is intended to come into operation on 1 August 2018 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
