THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that the Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of an irregular shaped western part width of the western arm of the A167, Darlington Road adjacent to the former electricity Sub-station at Merryoaks in the County of Durham, referred to in the Notice published on 23 November 2017, under reference NATTRAN/NE/S247/3037, will not be made, the application for the order having been withdrawn.
