Licensing Act 2003 Full Variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Tasty PLC has applied to Wiltshire Council on 10/07/2018 to vary the premises licence for Wildwood, 18-19 Queen Street, Salisbury, SP1 1EY. This application for a variation seeks to add the retail sale of alcohol off the premises. The applicant proposes the following conditions: -
? There shall be no sales of alcohol for consumption off the premisesafter 23.00
? No super-strength beer, lagers or ciders of 6% ABV (alcohol byvolume) or above shall be sold at the premises save for premiumbeer or ciders in glass bottles.
The applicant will consider such other conditions as may be recommended by any interested party. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 7th August 2018 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Department, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection Services, Monkton Park Offices, Monkton Hill, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER website: www. wiltshire.gov.ukAnypersonwishingto inspect the Licensing Register may contact the Council at the above address during normal working hours. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is up to Level 5 on the standard scale.
