Licensing Act 2003 - Public Notice

Application for the grant of a premises licence

Timothy Paul Haywood has applied to Malvern Hills District Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Astley Vineyard, Hampstall Lane, Astley, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 0RU. The application seeks to authorise the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 10:00 and 22:00 every day.

Representations about the application by responsible authorities or other persons should be made in writing to the Licensing Department, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF or via email to wrsenquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk. Representations must be made no later than 14th August 2018.

Under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence liable on conviction to a fine of up to level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application.
