(west side) from its roundabout junction with M42 and B4096 Alcester Road in a southerly direction to its junction with the unadopted service road which provides access to numbers349 to 371 Birmingham Road; from itsjunction with Barnsley Hall Drive for a distance of 101.2 metres in a southerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effectofwhich will beto prohibitwaiting atanytime on the followinglengthsand sidesofroads in Bromsgrove:-

Rigby Lane (both sides) from a point16 metres eastof its junction with New Road for a distance of15 metres in an easterly direction. Rutherford Road (both sides)

from its junction with StGodwalds Road for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction. St Godwalds Road (westside) from apoint10metresnorth ofits junction with Rutherford Road to a point 155 metres south of that junction; (east side) from a point 139 metres north of its junction with Rutherford Road to a point 155 metres south of that junction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)and will contain exemptionstoallowparking/accessfor certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. Worcestershire County Council are also to consider makingan Order toprohibitdrivingon theentirelengths of the following roads:-

Dragoon Fields, McConnell Close, Moorsome Way; Norris Close; Platform Road; Rutherford Road; Scaife Road; Sidings Close; South Road and Turntable Avenue. There will be exemptions in the Order to allow access for certain purposes.
