(Church Lane, Cookhill)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018

Order made: to close that part of Church Lane, Cookhill from its junction with A441

Evesham Road to its junction with U43402 Cladswell Lane in order to facilitate Severn

Trent works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A441 Evesham Road, A441 The Ridgeway, U43407 Wood Lane, U43402 Cladswell Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 28 days Commencing: 23 July 2018.

(C2034 Rowney Green Lane, Rowney Green)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of C2034 Rowney Green Lane, Rowney Green from itsjunction with C2035 Storrage Lane to its junction with U23202 Gravel Pit Lane in order to facilitate BT Openreach works.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2034 The Holloway, C2291 Redditch Road, C2291 Swan Lane, C2001 The Square, C2001 Radford Road, C2034 Rowney Green Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 25 July 2018.

(U23421 Drawbridge Road, Majors Green)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of U23421 Drawbridge Road, Majors Green from itsjunction with U23426 Haslucks Green Road to itsjunction with U23432 Drawbridge Road in order to facilitate canal bridge maintenance works.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U23426 Haslucks Green Road, U23424 Haslucks Green Road, U23433 Peterbrook Road, U23432 Drawbridge Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing:

14 August 2018.

(ColtsLane, Redditch)(Prohibition ofRightTurn)Order 2018

On 5 July 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order which will prohibit

anyvehicle from turning rightoutofColts Lane onto Battens Drive.

The Order will come into operation on 26 July 2018.

A copy of the Order, relevantmap and StatementofReasons for making the Order may be inspected atRedditch Borough Council, Customer Service Team, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs., B98 8AH and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned byapplication to the High Courtby16 August2018.

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2018 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Exhall Close, Redditch] On 5 July 2018 Worcestershire CountyCouncil made an Order the effectofwhich will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Redditch:-

Exhall Close (second southerly arm) (west side) to be located in the parking space immediately fronting 252 Exhall Close for a distance of 2.4 metres (width) and 4.8 metres (length).

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. The Order will come into operation on 26 July 2018.

(Borough ofRedditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (WaitingRestrictionsand Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2018 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Northleach Close, Redditch] On 5 July 2018 Worcestershire CountyCouncil made an Order the effectofwhich will betocreateadisabledpersons'parkingplaceon thefollowinglength and side ofroad in Redditch:-

Northleach Close (south end cul-de-sac) (east side) the parking space located immediately adjacent to the southern boundary of 124 Northleach Close for a distance of2.4 metres (width) and 4.8 metres (length).

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. The Order will come into operation on 26 July 2018.

Road traffic regulation act 1984, section 23 Establishment of a zebra crossing on Shawhurst Lane, Wythall

NOTICE is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council propose to establish a Zebra Crossing to serve pedestrians on Shawhurst Lane, Wythall. The site of the crossing will be atpoint95 metres south ofits junction with MayLane (outside The Coppice primary school).
