LICENSING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that The Mowlem Institute Charity Ltd of The Mowlem, Shore Rd., Swanage, Dorset BH19 1DD has applied to the Purbeck District Council for the issue of a Premises Licence in respect of The Mowlem Shore Rd. Swanage Dorset BH19 1DD. The proposed application will permit the supply of alcohol; allow entertainment, live and recorded music and dancing.
The application will request business hours as follows :- Mon - Sun 09.00 to 02.00.
Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing, addressed to: The Head of Public Health and Housing, Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham BH20 4PP, before 12th August 2018.
All representations will be made know to the applicant. The register of the licensing authority is maintained at Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Wareham where the application may be inspected Monday to Friday between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
It is an offence, punishable by fine, on summary conviction, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application
