Proposed Planning Application for Housing, Sports Facility, Community Facilities, Financial, Professional and Other Services and Business Uses, landscaping, access arrangements and associated uses on land at Dollarfield Farm and New Field, Dollar.

Notice is hereby given that a pre-planning application public engagement event to present the masterplan for the above proposed development is to be held on behalf of the Cowden Farming Company and the Trustees of Dollar Academy. The event will be held in the Dollar Civic Centre, Park Place, Dollar, FK14 7AA on Wednesday 1st August 2018 from 2pm - 8pm inclusive. It will be attended by members of the applicants' development team who will be available to answer questions as required.

If you wish to make comments on the masterplan, you may do so at the event, in writing to PPCA Ltd, 39 Dunipace Crescent, Dunfermline KY12 7LZ or by email to robin@ppca.co.uk All comments should be submitted to the above noted addresses by Wednesday 8th August 2018 at the latest. Comments made at this time do not constitute representations to Clackmannanshire Council. The opportunity to make representations to the Council will exist when a formal application is made.
