We, Winter Hill Investments Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Bolton Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to San Marco, A6 Blackrod By Pass, Blackrod, Bolton, BL6 5HX, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: To add alcohol off sales Sunday to Thursday 11.00-00.00 and Friday and Saturday 11.00-00.30. To add late night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23.00-00.00 and Friday and Saturday 23.00-00.30. To extend the opening hours Monday to Sunday from 11.00am to 08.00am. To remove some outdated and irrelevant conditions from the premises licence and offer some new conditions. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application. Any such representations must be made in writing and made by no later than l August 2018 to the relevant Licensing Authority, the postal address and, where appropriate, the world wide web address (where the register of the Authority is kept and when the record of trie application may be inspected) being as follows: Bolton Council Licensing Department, Ground Floor, Bolton Town Hall, Victoria Square, Bolton, BL11RU (www.bolton.gov.uk) Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
