company incorporated under the Companies Act and having its regis-tered office at 6 Wright Plate, Bathgate, West Lothian, EH48 2XB cravim the Court inter alia to order that RPG Light Haulage Ltd be wound up by the Court, a Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Annette Menzies,

Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwel Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU be appoint-

ed as Provisional Liquidator of the said company and to authorise the

Provisional Liquidator to exercise

the powers contained in Parts II and
