Notice is hereby given that Mr Christos Bantounas has applied in respect of Christos Grill, 24b Long Wyre Street Colchester Essex CO1 1LJ for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol and the hours requested are Monday to Sunday 11 am until 11pm. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the 24th July, to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, C03 3WG. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to punishable by a fine of any amount on s summary conviction for the offence.
